Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Neyto's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
Neyto provides CTO-as-a-Service, technical consulting, production system audits, MVP transformation, and infrastructure & DevOps services for SaaS startups and technology companies.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials, and use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Neyto and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon individually for each engagement. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. Invoices are typically due within 30 days of receipt.
Confidentiality
We respect the confidential nature of your business information. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the engagement.
Warranties and Disclaimers
Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neyto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual engagement agreement. Certain obligations survive termination.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
